Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any late cancellation or change of appointment

Reminder messages are sent out via text and/or email, 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to make any changes to your appointments please call the salon on (03) 5443 4245. Due to an increased number of no shows and late cancellations we may require a 25% non refundable booking fee, this booking fee will come off the total of your appointment or in the event you need to reschedule (24 hours before your appointment), your booking fee will be carried over. Failure to notify us of any changes to your booking by the specified time or on the occasion of a no show you will be surrendering your 25% booking fee.
